Because we sell pre-owned and one-of-a-kind luxury items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.

No Returns or Refunds

Items are sold as-is.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit or size issues

  • Normal signs of wear on pre-owned items

  • Minor imperfections shown in photos or descriptions

Once an order is placed, it cannot be reversed.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.
For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed.

In rare cases, a cancellation request may be reviewed at our discretion if submitted immediately after purchase.
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
